Welcome to the web site of Illusions by Melanie.   I am a professional makeup artist, located in the greater Seattle area.   I am certified, trained, and experienced in all aspects of makeup artistry, including bridal makeup, fashion makeup, SPFX makeup, period makeup, and airbrush makeup. Airbrushed makeup, including foundations and tatoo concealment, are a specialty. I offer on-location makeup service for brides and other members of the wedding party. If your wedding party is large, I have a team of experienced makeup artists and stylists to accommodate you.   I am experienced in headshot makeup, fashion photography makeup, film makeup, TV and video makeup (including high definition), commercial print makeup, and theatrical makeup.
